Northrop Grumman's Information Technology sector is leading a team of large and small businesses including Titan Corp., San Diego, Calif., Multimax, Largo, Md., Siemens AG, Munich, Germany; Research Analysis and Maintenance (RAM), El Paso, Texas; Nortel Networks, Toronto, Canada; Phacil, Inc., Camden, N.J.; and T-Systems, Frankfurt, Germany.

"Northrop Grumman and our industry teammates have significant experience managing large, enterprise-level performance-based contracts in the commercial and federal markets," said Tim Rouch, Northrop Grumman's incumbent program manager for ITES, the predecessor to the ITES-2S program. "We will continue to strengthen our partnership with the Army to help optimize their IT investment for the best possible support to the warfighter."

ITES-2S is a key element of the Army Enterprise Infostructure Transformation program, which was designed to reduce the cost of maintaining information systems while improving access to information and applications, Northrop Grumman said.
